Enclosed please find the available lots in Phase I of Butler Meadows. Lots may now be reserved. As per the Builder’s Agreement, you may place a lot on hold for 10 days at no cost. At the end of the ten days, you must have a deposit check of $1,000 in our office. Failure to submit the deposit will result in the lot being placed back on the open market. Per the Builder’s Agreement, this will place the lot on hold for you for 60 days. Since permits are not yet available, the 60-day period will NOT begin until the day after the permits ARE available. I will keep you posted as to when permits ARE available – I anticipate this to be soon.

Please call or e-mail reservations (butlerfarmsdev@primespots.com or 765-743-1879). Each reservation is date and time stamped. If there is a problem with the reservation, I will get back to you as soon as possible. I will also confirm reservations via e-mail as soon as possible. Also, reservations for model lots (22-30) are being accepted. Call 765-743-1879 for more details. Once a reservation is received, I will update my data and then update the website.
